We had a short trip drive from 20/6 - 22/6 from Singapore to Melaka. My 2nd brother lead the way. We started our journey at 915am from Singapore to JB. As it was a school holiday, as usual Tuas causeway Jam for about 20 mins before we reached JB at 1100 am for our brunch...
As we were travelling with a group of 8 adults & 5 children the pace is rather slow as we need to communicate on our location through Walkie Talkie. After our Brunch, we head off to the Expressway which will bring us about 3hours drive to reach Melacca. When we reached there it was about 330pm in the afternoon. We check in our Hotel at about 415pm.....
We had a 3 days 2 night stay. Rather an enjoyable trip although the temperature is a bit high at about 35 degree.

DRIVING BACK TO JB.... WE HEAD to our favourite supermarket.... Top up all house Grocery before taking our dinner.... This is the best dishes & most worth paying food.. It cost only RM300 with 9 dishes & 14 drink.... We also saw some TCS actor & actress ( don't know their name eating their food there) having their dinner in the same restaurant. |

After our dinner at 10pm, we drove to Petrol Kiosk and top up our petrol... Never forget to buy some ice cream on the way back...... cos it is cheap :)........ But.... but...... but sigh~ we were in caught in Tuas Jam for near 2 hours.
By then we reached Singapore is about 1am plus.
It is an enjoyable outing with our family members...... |
