Good bye 2012 Welcome 2013!!

Today is the last day of 2012.... Few more hours to go, we will say goodbye 2012 and welcome 2013.... Every last day of the year, my mind will keep flashing back all the old memories. Not what I had done for the past one year, rather it will flash to the time on every last day of the year.....Who I am with and what I am doing....

I had been doing count down in a van before reaching destination due to Traffic Jam.... Count down at home as I just had  a new born for less that two wks. Count down in Paris,  Hongkong with my family... ... Count down @ work or no Countdown due to chicken pot attack... 

This year we will not be doing any count down..  my younger boy is sick since Christmas Eve.. We will have an early night...

A day of Family Outing - Legoland Malaysia

We had been planing for this family outing since the last school holiday. Our inital plan was to Cameron highland or Genting. But due to my little boy who are too young, I had change the destination to one day tour to Legoland in Malaysia...

We started our Journey at 8am in the morning. My dad and brother who took the wheel and we drove down to causeway. As usual, it jam frm the mins we drove in to malaysia cause way. We were stucked at the traffic near to 45mins before we reach Malaysia. We went for our toilet break and later head to a very popular bak kuk teh.  It rather famous and popular eating cafe. It was 11.00am in the morning and the store was pack with crowds.

We waited for 10 mins before we manage to get a seats of 13 pax. Their food were good. Not that spicy. And it comes in claypot style. 

After our food, we went opposite to a shopping mall known a KCL. Is quite a nice shopping mall with a lot of push cart which I love.. A lot of restaurant also.... We brought several items from that mll before heading to Legoland.

The whole journey to reach there take abt 30 mins from johor. It was crowded and pack with people.. We meet my boy voilin teacher while we are there... She was there with her friends and family I suppose. 

As usual there are Q for most of the rides.. We  Q from one rides to another rides and to another rides...... rides ..... QQQQQQ.....qqqq QQQQQQ.....Our children are very excited and happy ... But I am tried and sweating....... I would said  legoland are more for children age frm 4years to 10yrs ... Those bigger teenages will not enjoy... There isn't any cartoon characters nor exciting rides for those teenages. This theme park are rather small.  There are alot of shops and cafe outside the theme park. The prices outside the theme park are rather reasonable. You can see the great difference on the prices while inside and outside the park.  

We left the park abt 7pm for our seafood dinner before heading back to Tuas 2nd lane back home...... By then we reach home it was abt 1130pm...

After 18 years .....

18 Years Later.........


This morning, I walked down to my memory lane.. .... After 18 years, this is the 1st Time I step into this school again...

Looking at the surrounding, there isn't any much changes..  Parade square, canteen, lift, classroom, toilet, locker..... etc.... etc .... all still there.... Walking down the small corridor, as it it bring me back to my school days .... Looking at those teenages, it reminded me of my younger days and friends.... Yew!!!!

I saw a  student came down from the car poach, I told my colleague " hey, this is the place where my boyfriend who is my husband now always drop  there" my dating place & schools days started here also .....
All the old  memory started FLASH, FLASH, FLASH, FLASH .................

I saw my ex lecturer.  She taught me accounts on my 2nd year.... She cannot recongise me anymore.. We had a small talk... Then I realise that I had forgot most of my lecturer name.... She still look the same with only  few lines of winkles near her eye..

The school are marching down to their new campus on this coming december... while this 18 years building and my memory will also be walking down into history.........

A day at Ikea

I  am suppose to enjoy my one whole day after  my breakfast at ikea.

But...... it end up to be very Tiring..........


That morning, we brought a curtain. When we reach home, we realise that the measurement is too short for the windows. so we decided to go back  again after my boy violin class. When back to Ikea, my hubbi decided to brought a cabinet for my children.

After getting the cabinet, my children are so happy while my husband started to DIY on the cabinet. He started doing it at 730pm and by 1030pm, the cabinet is still undone as it failed to fit in all 4 drawer.....

The next morning, we decided to go back to Ikea for our breakfast. After breakfast, we look at the showcase set and realise why we failed to attached all the 4 drawers.  After going back home, we re- assemble the set and it took us about another half an hour more before the cabinet is done.

I told my husband never buy any DIY set again.. It is so time consuming and tiring after the whole event..

Good Start for the Month of Nov

It is a good start for the month of Nov :)  I rececived another new order today.

I am always very happy to see my order come in. This is much better as compare to what I had been doing for the past 9 yrs as a property agent.   I am earning lesser now  but I feel  more happy and relax..... .. everything slowwwwww.... down.........

Perhaps working as online store owner do not have so much nonsense and problem to face and solve as compare to a property agent. As an property agent, there are always argument, calling, marketing, quarrel... etc etc ........ but ....of course, that can fetch alot and tons of $$$ ...... but as I get older, I feel that it is very tough for me to  handle  people from all work of life..... IT IS getting more and more ......TIRING ....TIRING ....TIRING........ The feeling is like you need to recharge your self... Recharge...recharge... recharge  and recharge... till it went flat ..................................

Anyway it is a good start. The bell just rang off for 1st day of the month.... I shall see look see look around and see any good stuff which I can bring in to sell.......

Flea market Located at Pungol Community centre

It is a hot sunny day on 28/10/2012. We had held our 1st flea market done located at Pungol Community Centre. It is a good experience working in this area.
Most owner here own a blog or online store.

Beside me there are two young girls who are 13 years old. They are doing her own business...
They are full of energy.. I talk to them and was surprise to know that this is not their 1st time they are here... yew!!


I also happen to talk to a uncle who are selling ladies branded clothes at a very cheap price. After much talk, I realise that those clothes belong to his wife.  He told us that his wife had so many clothes that they had to do housekeeping inorder to get more space for her new clothes. He also told us that his wife had 300 pair of shoes. Wow!! Isn't it great!!! Is like she own a shoe boutique...


It is a fun & great exposure !!
